PEHD

PEHD (abbreviation for polyethylene high-density) is an alternative designation for HDPE (high-density polyethylene). Generally speaking, PE is a thermo-plastic material produced by polymerisation of ethene or ethylene. It belongs to the widely-used group of polyolefins. The high density of the material is due to a low degree of branching of the polymer chains.
