Honeycomb turf grating refers to the material used for reinforcing surfaces that support turf but are also used for vehicular access, such as in garden pathways and footpaths, entrance drives or parks (source of German text: Wikipedia). Honeycomb turf grating elements made by HAURATON are made of composite. In view of the fact that the bars of the mesh are very narrow, there is much space for open areas. These can be filled with earth or substrate to support the growth of grass. Honeycomb turf grating areas are reinforced but allow the infiltration of surface water and therefore do not constitute sealed areas.
